ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (1 Vacant)
•Graduated of Electrical Engineering or NCI Holder
• Skills and Attributes
•Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

SALES MANAGER (1 Vacant)
•Bachelor's Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Engineering.
•Preferably with minimum of 3 to 5+ years of active experience specifically within the solar or renewable energy sector.
•Experience managing, training, and building commissions-based pipelines for field or remote sales teams.

ACCOUNTING HEAD (1 Vacant)
•Bachelor's degree in accounting and or equivalent:
•Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
•Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a similar role.
•Strong analytical and communication skills.
•Proficient in accounting software and Excel/Google sheets.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

GENERAL MANAGER (1 Vacant)
•Preferably with minimum of 5-10 years of experience in solar project management, solar farm construction, or renewable energy power plant operations.
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil) or a Business Administration/Management is highly preferred.
•Proven track record in a senior management role, with experience leading diverse teams and achieving performance goals.
•Deep understanding in solar industry.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and construction management.
•Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
•Ability to develop business strategies, manage sales pipelines, and analyze market trends.
•Excellent leadership negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders, employees, and clients.

INSTALLER (Continuous)
•At least a high school graduate or a vocational course graduate.
•TESDA NCIl in electrical installation and maintenance or solar PV installation.
•Tesda NCIl certificate.
•Experience
•Prior experience in construction, electrical work, or solar installation.
•Experience working as an electrician.
• Skills and Attributes
• in-depth understanding of electrical systems and tools.
•Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
•Willing to do fieldwork
•Shows integrity, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
•Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ammendable to report in Bustos, Bulacan
