Key Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative tasks and documentation
• Maintain organized files and company records
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
• Coordinate office supplies and administrative needs
• Support management with reports and office coordination
• Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

✔ Residing near Pulung Maragul, Angeles City
✔ College level or Fresh Graduates are welcome
✔ Basic knowledge in MS Office / Google Workspace
✔ Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
✔ Willing to learn administrative and bookkeeping processes

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
