I saw Lily's remaining hours,
A tender age of 6.
Her parents were informed,
Her liver gave up—tears flowed.

I saw Jyra's remaining days,
A promising age of 11.
Sacrificed her leg to live,
But cancer wanted her life.

I see Athena fighting her minutes,
Doctors, nurses pump her heart.
Let her live—
She is just one year old.

Should've stayed, were there signs, I ignored?
Can I help you, not to hurt, anymore?
We saw brilliance, when the world, was asleep
