Isasara muna ang laptop. Itatabi muna ang pagod. 😊 ​

Ingat po tayo, mga Brods at Sis! Ngayong summer, dahil sa sobrang init, uso na naman ang ubo at sipon. Huwag nating kalimutang mag-allot ng time to rest at mag-hydrate nang maigi. ​

Lagi nating tandaan: Bago tayo makapaglingkod nang tapat sa iba, kailangan muna nating maging malusog ang katawan at payapa ang isipan.

Mahalaga ang mag-recharge para manatiling handa sa anumang pagkakataon. Isang ligtas at mapayapang weekend sa inyong lahat!

Minsan, ang tapang ay hindi maingay. Tahimik lang ito—pero matatag at hindi sumusuko.

Ngayong 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻, inaalala natin ang mga sundalong lumaban sa Bataan noong World War II. Nagtiis sila sa hirap ng 𝘋𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩 hindi para sumikat, kundi para sa ating kalayaan.

Ngunit ang kagitingan ay hindi lang nasa nakaraan. Nagbibigay-pugay din tayo sa ating mga sundalo at frontliners ngayon na araw-araw pinipiling tumindig para sa atin.

Sa 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗮 𝗣𝗵𝗶 𝗢𝗺𝗲𝗴𝗮, naniniwala tayo sa 𝘋𝘶𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘺. Ang pagmamahal sa bayan ay hindi lang nararamdaman; ito ay ginagawa. Sa bawat pagtulong natin sa kapwa, ipinapakita nating buhay ang diwa ng mga bayani.

Tulad ng mga sundalo, may laban din tayong pinipili araw-araw: ang maglingkod nang tapat.
