On July 7, 2026, the resolution increasing the 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘀 (₱𝟭𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬) 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 following the review of the required deliberation and due process by the Societas Humana Resource, Department of Management Studies (DMS), the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) and the Campus Administrator.

The amendment was proposed to strengthen the financial sustainability of Societas Humana Resource (SHR) by providing adequate resources to support the organization's programs and student-centered initiatives ultimately enabling more effective and efficient organizational operations.

This milestone was made possible through a transparent and democratic voting process involving the BSBA HR class officers. Out of 64 class officers, 39 voted in favor of increasing the Society Fee from ₱50.00 to ₱100.00 per semester, constituting the majority vote necessary for the resolution's approval. The Executive Board sincerely thanks every class officer who participated in the deliberation and voting process.

⚠ 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 ₱𝟭𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁.

Pursuant to the 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗜𝗜𝗜, 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟳 of the Societas Humana Resource Constitution and By-Laws states:

The CHRA exam conducted by the 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. (𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗣) in partnership with PHRI conducted in May 2026 across various universities and institutional testing sites through online and face-to-face modalities, with an overall passing rate of 83.50%.
