3 Smart Snack Swaps for Busy Professionals
Lagi kang on duty, may meeting, o WFH mode - gutom pero ayaw mong mag-snacks na puro unhealthy? π§
Try the following swaps!
πSwap chicharon / crinkled deep-fried snacks - boiled mani (peanuts) or roasted mani (walang
mantika/little oil)
πSwap banana chips / sweet plantain chips - saba banana (boiled or grilled) + taho or plain yogurt
πSwap fast food chicken fillet / fried items - tinapang isda flakes or grilled fish flakes + sliced veggies
These would give you protein, fiber, healthy fats - makakatulong para hindi ka madalas mag-snack sa junk food.
πTip: I-portion mo na yung mani or fruit ahead ng oras para ready na pag gutom ka.
