HIRING: Assistant Accounting Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Assistant Accounting Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Accounting Lead to help maintain accurate financial records and support daily accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the Accounting Lead in daily accounting operations
• Encode and maintain employee timesheets
• Record and reconcile petty cash transactions
• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of bank statements
• Monitor and record company sales and purchases accurately
• Support the preparation of financial reports and accounting documents
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures
• Handle filing and processing of remittances such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year Accounting-related course
• With 2 to 3 years of accounting-related work experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, and other office tools
• Knowledge in QuickBooks Intuit Online is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Maintain the premium branding and style of each page

Requirements:
• Knows how to shoot and edit videos
• Creative and updated with social media trends
• Familiar with Facebook Reels, TikTok, and Instagram content
• Can work fast and meet deadlines
• Willing to appear in videos if needed
• Experience in construction, interior, or lifestyle content is a plus
• Must be willing to work on-site

• CapCut / Premiere Pro / Canva
• Cinematic shooting style
• Facebook marketing content
