God's way of love is not vain nor proud.
God's way of love does not openly demonstrate loving actions for the sake of gaining attention or recognition. Instead, more thoughts are poured into how to make others known, recognized, and loved.
Godly love does not seek to be thanked for every loving action. It is humble and it deflects praise, placing all admiration at the feet of the truest Example of love. Godly love searches for the wonderful ways wherein its actions could touch lives, even if others are not as loving enough to love and bless in return.
Love is patient, kind, content; and love is not vain nor proud.
