Our CIC officers participated in the Leadership Training for CIC Officers and Advisers conducted by the Office of the Ombudsman and the Office of the Deputy Ombudsman for Luzon held at Ruperto’s Inland Resort.

The training emphasized how integrity serves as a powerful weapon against corruption. Participants deepened their understanding of self-awareness, ethical decision-making, and active citizenship — recognizing that real change begins within oneself. Through meaningful discussions and engaging activities, our officers were given the opportunity to express themselves and strengthen their commitment to becoming principled and responsible leaders.

Sta. Catalina Integrated School was proudly represented by Allison Mathew De Lumen (CIC President) and Chelsiah Asuncion (CIC Vice President), together with Ma’am Rogelyn T. Buquing (CIC Adviser), with the full support of our School Principal, Sir Noli S. Tibule.

Sta. Catalina Integrity Alliance Officers together with the Supreme Secondary Learner Government under the guidance of their adviser, Ma’am Rogelyn T. Buquing, actively participated in the Clean-Up Drive initiated by the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), led by Engr. Rondale Romeo C. Cabacang, in support of the celebration of Zero Waste Month this January, held at the Station of the Cross, Sitio Lubas, Brgy. Sta. Catalina. This activity strengthened our shared commitment to environmental protection and community responsibility. 💚

The clean-up drive was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Brgy. Council of Sta. Catalina, 4Ps beneficiaries, SPTA Officers, LGU representatives, students under the Work Immersion Program, teachers, and other community members who willingly gave their time and effort for a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment.

This initiative highlights the spirit of bayanihan and collective action in promoting environmental awareness and proper waste management. Together, we continue to support sustainable practices and build a cleaner, greener Sta. Catalina. 🌱♻️

A clean school is more than just a beautiful place—it is a reflection of responsible, disciplined, and united students. Through teamwork and cooperation, we show our love and respect for the place where we learn, grow, and chase our dreams. Small efforts like these make a big difference in creating a safe, healthy, and positive environment for everyone. 🧹🏫✨

Sta. Catalina Integrated School's learners enthusiastically took part in the Gallery Walk: Legends of Integrity: Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future, an engaging activity that showcased influential individuals renowned for their unwavering commitment to integrity and active civic engagement. The event served as a powerful reminder of the importance of standing up for what is right and making a positive impact in our communities.

In celebration of Women’s Month this March, the Gallery Walk also highlighted the remarkable contributions of empowered women throughout history, empowering our students with stories of resilience, strength, and leadership. The learners had the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, learning from the lives and achievements of these exceptional role models.

This event was made possible through the dedication and hard work of the CIC officers, guided by their adviser, Ms. Rogelyn T. Buquing, and with the full support of our school Principal, Sir Ricardo S. Tambogon. Together, they created an environment where students could reflect on the values of integrity, civic responsibility, and gender equality.
