Bulacan State University is pleased to open its Online Application for Shifters/Transferees/Second-degree coursers for Academic Year 2026-2027.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:
May 20-29, 2026 - Online Application
May 21-30, 2026 - Submission of Requirements (Excluding May 25, 26, 2026, and Holidays and Sundays)

Please adhere to the scheduled dates for the Online Application and the Submission of Requirements. Strict compliance is required.

NOTE: ALL APPLICANTS are required to submit their hard copy requirements on their chosen appointment date to the MAIN CAMPUS (MALOLOS) LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR OF THE UNIVERSITY E-LIBRARY.

Requirements for SHIFTERS:
1. Letter of Intent addressed to the receiving dean through the receiving program chair clearly indicating the reasons why the shifting is being applied.
2. Copy of Grades issued by the University Registrar’s Office.
3. Copy of Clearance for the second semester of the preceding academic year.

Requirements for TRANSFEREES:
1. Copy of Transcript of Records or Certification of Grades.
2. Copy of Certificate of good moral Character from the former school.

Requirements for SECOND UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE TAKER:
1. Transcript of Records.
2. Honorable Dismissal.
3. Letter of Intent Addressed to the Dean of the College bearing the reason why he /she wishes to take a second undergraduate degree program.
