The Police Security and Protection Group (PSPG) RPSPU 13, under the leadership of PLTCOL RONALD A MENDOZA, AC, QRT personnel conducted conducted mobile patrol and police visibility against criminality at Upper Doongan, Butuan City and other places of convergence in coordination with the local police units. It emphasizes and promotes partnership between the police and the community to prevent crime. Maintain peace and order and improve public trust, cooperation and active participation of citizens in solving community problems.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | PSPG 𝗥𝗣𝗦𝗣𝗨 13 COMMEMORATES NATIONAL FLAG DAY 2026

The Regional Police Security and Protection Unit 13 (RPSPU13) under the leadership of PLTCOL RONALD A MENDOZA celebrates Philippine National Flag Day, personnel actively participated in the observance to honor the symbol of the nation’s unity, freedom, and patriotism. The activity highlighted the importance of the Philippine flag as a representation of the sacrifices and heroism of Filipino forefathers who fought for the country’s independence.

During the observance, participants proudly displayed and respected the national flag while promoting patriotism, nationalism, and love of country among community members. The activity also served as a reminder of every Filipino’s duty to uphold the dignity and honor of the nation through unity, discipline, and dedicated public service.

The celebration strengthened camaraderie and inspired all personnel to continue serving the community with integrity, commitment, and respect for the values embodied by the Philippine flag.
