In celebration of 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 of the Provincial Government of Quirino, personnel of the Bureau of Fire Protection - Quirino proudly participated in a Bamboo Planting Activity to promote environmental sustainability, biodiversity conservation, and climate resilience at the Bamboo Eco Park, Capitol Hills, San Marcos, Cabarroguis, Quirino

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐑𝐀𝐃 𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐕 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐘𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍 , Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, personnel of BFP Quirino joined fellow stakeholders, community partners, and environmental advocates in planting bamboo seedlings that will contribute to a greener and healthier future for generations to come.

Being part of this activity reflects the BFP's commitment, not only to protecting lives and properties from fire, but also to safeguarding our environment through meaningful and sustainable initiatives.

As we celebrate Philippine Environment Month, may this simple act of planting serve as a reminder that every seedling planted today is an investment in a safer, greener, and more resilient tomorrow.

Today marks a significant milestone for the Provincial Government of Quirino as we celebrate the inauguration of the new Plenary Hall Building. A symbol of continued commitment to responsive governance, public service excellence, and sustainable progress.

The Acting Provincial Fire Marshal of this province, 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐑𝐀𝐃 𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐕 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐘𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍, together with the Chief Provincial Admin Branch, 𝘚𝘍𝘖4 𝘙𝘦𝘺 𝘋 𝘔𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦, and the Chief Provincial Operations Branch, 𝘚𝘍𝘖3 𝘕𝘰𝘦𝘭 𝘈 𝘉𝘪𝘯𝘸𝘢𝘨, bear witness to the Inauguration of the new Plenary Hall Building of the Province of Quirino.

More than just a structure, this new facility represents a shared vision for a stronger, more efficient, and more collaborative government that serves the needs of every Kailyan.

It will provide a modern venue where important discussions take place, meaningful policies are crafted, and decisions are made for the growth and development of our province.

Present during the event is the former Congressman and Governor, 𝐇𝐎𝐍. 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐄 𝐄 𝐂𝐔𝐀, the Vice Governor, 𝐇𝐎𝐍. 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐔𝐒 𝐂𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐑 S 𝐕𝐀𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐑 and the Provincial Board Members of Quirino Province and other department heads.

The Provincial Local Government of Quirino launched the 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚, with this year's theme " 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧

This is a yearly event that aims to continuously provide various services in the fields of health, education, and livelihood.

Aforementioned event also coincides with the birthday celebration of 𝐇𝐎𝐍. 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐄 𝐄 𝐂𝐔𝐀, former Congressman and Governor of this province.

𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐑𝐀𝐃 𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐕 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐘𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍, the Acting Provincial Fire Marshal of this province, represented the esteemed Regional Director of BFP-R2, 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐀 𝐃𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, at the Agricultural Inputs, Fingerlings and Livestock Distribution in front of the Provincial Veterinary and Agriculture Office, Capitol Hills, San Marcos, Cabarroguis, Quirino.

Present during the activity is the beloved former Congressman and Governor of this province, 𝐇𝐎𝐍. 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐄 𝐄 𝐂𝐔𝐀.

This gathering is a reflection of what can be achieved when government agencies and citizens come together. Not only to address present challenges but also to create opportunities for growth, resilience, and positive change.

BFP-Quirino, under the leadership of the Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐑𝐀𝐃 𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐕 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐘𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍, participated in the conduct of the Peace and Order Council's Provincial Audit at the DILG Provincial Office, Capitol Hills, San Marcos, Cabarroguis, Quirino.

All stakeholders were present, and it was presided over by the DILG Provincial Director, 𝐌𝐒. 𝐊𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐍 𝐉𝐎𝐘 𝐂. 𝐏𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐎-𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐄.

The audit served as an opportunity to assess accomplishments, identify areas for growth, and reinforce collective dedication to building safer, more resilient communities. Through meaningful discussions, performance evaluations, and recognizing efforts, we continue to strengthen partnerships that support public safety and community well-being.

Every audit is more than a compliance activity. It is a reminder of our commitment to transparency, accountability, and service excellence.

Provincial Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee (PLECC) Meeting

The Provincial Fire Marshal of Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Quirino, FSUPT CONRAD IAN V CASAYURAN, together with SFO3 Noel A Binwag, Provincial Chief, Operations, participated in the 2nd Quarter Provincial Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee Meeting held at the QPPO Conference Hall, San Leonardo, Aglipay, Quirino.

The said meeting revolves around the crime situation, with Analysis and Assessment of the Eight Focus Crimes, including cybercrime and kidnapping, as well as Operational accomplishments relative to law enforcement. This serves as an avenue for BFP Quirino to showcase the newly implemented Push-to-talk over Cellular phone (POC), which serves as a tool for relaying information from responding BFP personnel on fire incidents, as well as for the proper dispatch of responding units.

In order to further update and capacitate the Fire Investigators of BFP Quirino, the Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal under the leadership of FSUPT CONRAD IAN V CASAYURAN facilitated a Refresher on Fire Arson Investigation which commenced today, May 20, and will run until May 21, 2026.

The activity was spearheaded by SFO3 Noel A Binwag, Chief of the Operations Branch and concurrent Chief of the Intelligence and Investigation Section. Serving as lecturer for the refresher course is SFO1 Christian A Raña, one of the pool of instructors in Region 2.
As the refresher training began, FSUPT CASAYURAN reiterated the significance of conducting thorough fire investigations to further enhance the reliability and integrity of investigation reports on fire incidents within the province.

This significant undertaking was made possible through the unwavering support of the Provincial Government of Quirino under the leadership of Provincial Governor Dakila Carlo E. Cua.
