✅Operate the machine based on "Operating Manual & Procedures", "Work Instructions" and all the instructions by the superior
✅Report immediately to the heads if any problem encounter including the material needs
✅Work closely with team members, engineers, and supervisors to improve production efficiency.
✅Assist in training new operators or team members.
✅Load, unload, and handle raw materials or finished goods safely.
✅Monitor material inventory levels and request restocking as necessary.

🎯 Qualifications:
✔ High school graduate or equivalent (preferred)
✔ Experience in manufacturing is an advantage but not required
✔ Willing to learn machines, processes, and production work
✔ Can work under pressure and flexible with production schedules
✔ Physically fit; able to stand, walk, bend, and lift items during shift
✔ Can lift and carry materials (up to 25–50 lbs)
✔ Team player and willing to follow workplace standards
