It is really hard for me to lose weight. Una, magana talaga ako kumain. Kanin is life, bread is life. 🤣🤣 Though, andami dami ko ng natry - lowcarb diet, GM diet at kng ano ano pang mga herbal na pampapayat natry ko na. Sa una, mejo nababawasan ng mga paisa isang kilo pero kapag napasarap na uli sa buffet balik lobo na ulit. I was devastated looking at the mirror tlga sa nilaki ng katawan ko. Even my self-esteem got affected kase sobrang lumobo ako. Got no time to go gym na rin kase. So, eto na nga when I tried the Vibrant Coffee, soobrang na amaze ako sa experience. I am a legit coffee lover eversince. Kahit acidic ako kape pa din. So when I started drinking it, ang bilis ko nabawasan ng timbang kase im taking the coffee 3x a day before meals. Kakain ako pero konting subo lang feeling ko sobrang full na ako. At ang maganda pa, dina bumalik ung acid reflux ko kahit maka ilang cups pa ko ng Vibrant coffee. Oh dba bongga!

From 75kg down to 60kg na ko ngayon. And im really happy with the result. 🥰 Even without exercise, im still losing weight! I just switched to a healthier coffee, no more cravings, no more overeating talaga. It really helped me suppress my appetite!

My advise to those who are really skeptical, and doubtful, just trust the process. It might take you a little longer to see the visible results but being consistent is really the key!
