BSFi - 3A and 3B Students conducted their first hands-on laboratory for Minor Fishery Subject. Using dried seaweeds (Kappaphycus alvarezii) as raw material, they make it into puree and added an acceptable amount to different products such as pancake, leacheflan, yema, cake, pandesal and cookies etc. ❤️
