🚐 VAN RENTAL RULES & GUIDELINES
1. **Reservation Policy**
– Kailangan ng downpayment to confirm booking.
– First come, first served basis.
– Non-refundable ang downpayment once confirmed.
2. **Payment Terms**
– Full payment must be settled before or on the day of rental.
– Overtime fee will apply beyond agreed rental hours.
3. **Driver & Usage**
– Bawal ang self-drive.
– Bawal gamitin ang van for illegal activities.
4. **Passenger Capacity**
– Strictly follow maximum passenger capacity.
– No overloading for safety purposes.
5. **Cleanliness Policy**
– Please keep the van clean at all times.
– May cleaning fee kapag sobrang kalat or may naiwan na basura.
6. **Damages & Liabilities**
– Renter is responsible for any damages caused during rental period.
7. **Cancellation Policy**
– Cancellation 3 days before trip: refundable (except reservation fee).
– Cancellation within 48 hours: non-refundable.
8. **Fuel Policy**
– Fuel included only within agreed route.
– Extra charge kapag lumagpas sa napag-usapang destination.
9. **Long Trip Policy (Out of Town / Overnight Trips)**
– Kapag long trip or may overnight stay, sagot ng renter ang **food and accommodation ng driver**.
– Dapat maayos at safe ang accommodation para makapagpahinga nang maayos ang driver.
– If walang ma-provide na accommodation, may corresponding additional fee.
10. **Delays & Extensions**
– Inform us at least 1 hour before end of rental kung mag-eextend.
– Subject for availability and additional charge.
11. **Emergency Situations**
– In case of accident or breakdown, contact us immediately.
– Do not negotiate or settle without informing management.
