📢 HIRING: SEO & Digital Marketing Consultant (Short-Term Contract) | Remote/Work-From-Home
💼 Position: SEO & Digital Marketing Consultant
📅 Duration: 3-4 Weeks
⏳ Hours: 8 hours/day (Full-time)
💰 Pay: 500 PHP/day + Commission + Performance Bonus

📌 Job Responsibilities:
✅ SEO & Website Optimization – Improve website rankings, optimize content, and implement on-page SEO strategies.
✅ Paid Ads & Lead Generation – Manage Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
✅ Influencer & Content Marketing – Connect with bloggers/influencers in skincare, wellness, and aromatherapy.
✅ B2B Lead Generation – Research and reach out to potential buyers in the wellness/skincare industry.

💵 Compensation & Incentives:
🔹 Base Pay: 500 PHP per day (8-hour shift).
🔹 Commission: 2.5% commission on bulk B2B sales directly generated by you.
🔹 Performance Bonus:

If total sales exceed ₱578,600 (equivalent to $10,000 USD), you will receive a ₱11,572 bonus (equivalent to $200 USD).
The bonus is prorated based on performance. For example:
If sales reach ₱289,300 (50% of the target), you will receive a ₱5,786 bonus (50% of the full bonus).
📊 How Leads & Sales Are Tracked:
✅ Leads you generate must be documented in a shared Google Sheet with client details.
✅ You must tag your leads in CRM/email outreach (if applicable).
✅ Sales are credited to you only if they come from leads you directly initiated.
✅ Weekly check-ins will ensure fair tracking and payout of commissions.

📌 Who Should Apply?
✔️ At least 1-2 years experience in SEO, Facebook Ads, or Digital Marketing.
✔️ Knows how to use Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, & Analytics.
✔️ Can work independently & deliver results in a short period.
✔️ Experience in B2B or e-commerce marketing is a plus!
