As we dedicated the entire month of March to celebrating Women's Month, it was a privilege to conclude this meaningful journey on the final day with an event that honored resilience, leadership, and empowerment.
With the theme "๐ฝ๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฉ ๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ค๐ง, ๐ผ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฝ๐ช๐ ๐๐จ ๐จ๐ ๐ฝ๐๐๐ค๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐๐จ," ICAT proudly marked this occasion on March 31, 2025, reaffirming our commitment to gender equality, breaking barriers, and shaping a future where women thrive in all sectors.
This remarkable session was led by Maโam Gracelyn Mae N. Layugan, GAD Coordinator, with the dedicated support of Sir Diosdado G. Ramos (OIC, President), Sir Cerino Incog (Dean, BSMT), Ma'm Andrea Rose Batoon ( Coordinator, General education), Sir Jan Mark S. Juan (Coordinator, SAS), Sir Rodolfo P. Agsalda Jr. (Guidance Counselor), Sir Michael A. Mateo, Sir Kim Domingo, Sir Jim Domingo (Technical Committee), and our esteemed guest speaker, PMSG Katherine J. Tolentino, alongside the PNP.
Adding to the celebration, the event also featured the showcasing of talents from every department through the Slogan Contest and Poster Making Competition, where creativity and advocacy for women's empowerment were highlighted.
Special recognition goes to our Master of Ceremony, Sir Randy G. Tabaog, the Anchor Officers, Socio-Cultural Organization Officers, the Supreme Student Council (SSC), the selected ROTC officers led by Sir Angelo Domingo, all esteemed instructors of the Maritime Department, and all midshipmen and midshipwomen who actively participated. Your presence and engagement made this session truly meaningful and impactful.

Gacula ( Dean, BSHM) , Sir Jan Mark S. Juan (Coordinator, SAS), Sir Rodolfo P. Agsalda Jr. (Guidance Counselor), Sir Michael A. Mateo, Sir Kim Domingo, Sir Jim Domingo (Technical Committee).
Special recognition goes to our Master of Ceremony, Sir Randy G.
