🍛 Chicken Curry Recipe
A comforting, creamy, and flavorful chicken curry—perfect for busy weekdays or cozy family meals.
✅ Ingredients
500 g chicken (breast or thighs), cut into bite‑size pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp curry powder
1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
1 cup chicken broth or water
2 potatoes, cubed
1 carrot, sliced
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chili flakes or fresh coriander for garnish
🍳 Instructions
Cook the chicken
-Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
-Sauté aromatics
In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
-Add spices
-Stir in curry powder. Cook for 1 minute to release flavors.
-Build the sauce
-Pour in coconut milk and chicken broth. Add potatoes and carrots. -Stir well.
-Simmer
-Return chicken to the pan. Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes until chicken is tender and vegetables are cooked.
Season & serve
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish if desired and serve hot with rice

Garlic Beef Mushroom Recipe
✅ Ingredients
500 g beef (sirloin or flank), sliced thin
1 cup mushrooms (button or shiitake), sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
Optional: sliced spring onions & sesame seeds for garnish
🍳 Instructions
-Cook the beef
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and sear until browned. Remove and set aside.
-Sauté aromatics
In the same pan, add garlic and mushrooms. Cook until fragrant and mushrooms are tender.
-Make the sauce
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and pepper. Stir well.
-Combine
Return the beef to the pan. Toss everything together and simmer for 2–3 minutes until well coated.
-Serve
Garnish with spring onions or sesame seeds. Serve hot over steamed rice.
