🍵 What’s Behind Every Cup

At Selah Sips, we want you to taste something real.

That’s why behind every cup is Marukyu Koyamaen Midorigi — a premium-grade matcha from Uji, Kyoto, a region known for producing some of Japan’s finest matcha.

We chose it not just for the name, but for the flavor: smooth, earthy, and naturally rich, a kind of balance that holds its own even with milk, ice, or strawberry puree.

And speaking of milk, we use Oatside Barista Blend oat milk in all our drinks.

Why? Because the right milk matters. We want you to enjoy the full flavor of matcha: creamy, clean, and never overpowered.

For our upcoming pop-up, all drinks will be cold-whisked and served iced in 16oz cups. We’re keeping it simple and intentional.

Yes, these choices make our drinks a little more premium but we believe what’s behind every cup is worth it.
