With great sadness, we share the passing of our brother, Leo Libradilla (April 29, 2026), who served with distinction as the Executive Vice Chair of the 7th National Convention and a pillar of our District 7 1st Convention Alpha Kappa Rho- Cebu 7th District Council.
We are profoundly grateful for the vision and leadership he brought to our council. We will carry his memory and his work in our hearts forever.
Thank you for your prayers and support during this difficult time as we continue the mission he helped build.
