Please be informed that today, December 12, 2025, is the last available schedule for Admission Application for the month of December.

The admission application process will resume on January 5, 2026.

The 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 is fast approaching! With this, another batch of freshies and transferees will soon become part of the DDOSC Family.

The 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 will be open from 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Please be guided by the 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 for your reference.

There are two ways to register:

𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧
i. Complete the online pre-fill form that is accessible through this link: https://forms.gle/4jS7ZY39FCcEHyHZA
ii. Present your original eligibility document to the Appraisal and Testing Section at Room 109; 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟵:𝟬𝟬–𝟭𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭:𝟬𝟬–𝟯:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠; only one of the following:
- 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗛𝗦 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀)

- 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 (𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀)
iii. The office will take a picture of you.
iv. Sign the Admission Application Form
v. Receive your acknowldgement receipt with the schedule of your exam.

i. Visit the Appraisal and Testing Section at Room 109 and fill out the Admission Application Form; 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟵:𝟬𝟬–𝟭𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭:𝟬𝟬–𝟯:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠.
ii. Present your original eligibility document (only one of the following):
- 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗛𝗦 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀)

iii. The office will take a picture of you.
iv. Sign the Admission Application Form.
v. Receive your acknowledgement receipt with the schedule of your exam.
