ANNOUNCEMENT |

Pursuant to Memorandum OP No. 12 , s. 2026, in view of the prevailing extreme hot weather conditions, with temperatures reaching uncomfortable and potentially health-risk levels during daytime hours, particularly in the campus and surrounding areas, the wearing of prescribed uniforms is hereby temporarily suspended effective April 15, 2026.

This measure is issued to ensure the well-being and comfort of the ASC community amid intensified heat conditions commonly experienced during the dry season.

Students are directed to wear decent, modest, and appropriate civilian attire in accordance with the provisions of the Student Manual, ensuring proper decorum suitable for an academic environment.

Moreover, faculty members and non-teaching personnel shall observe proper office attire in accordance with Civil Service Commission (CSC) rules and existing institutional dress code policies.
