Repairs have been slower due to bad weather conditions, continuous downtime from simultaneous clearing and restoration services, and severe damage to the remaining isolated clients.

Please be advised that during simultaneous clearing and restoration efforts, there is a possibility of incidental damage to lines.

We regret to inform you that most of the lines were severely damaged by the recent typhoon and are in need of full replacement. Our priority is the complete restoration of distribution boxes before we proceed to isolated concerns.
