It's National Environment Month and while it is tough to try and holler about ways to prolong the usability of things that would usually end up in the wasteland, Pretty Bee almost always still try to find ways to share some hows and whys.
Sharing UP Kabataang Alyansa ng may Dugong taga-Hilagang Kamarines feature on us, just in case you pick up any of the projects or want to collaborate to remake some of them for your communities. My calendar is quite packed this month, but let's try to work around schedules to make relevant matters happen.

I've been attending the webinar "Designing for Infinity : Dialogues on Circular Fashion" since yesterday (missed the first day due to schedule confusion). One by one, I'd like to share some of the wonderful takeaways that I think will be useful for my own creative processes and production.
One of the concerns addressed yesterday was a pro-sustainability producer/source of yarn through Panublix . So I will soon redirect my crochet production to best align with yarns that I can buy from them once my current stock runs out.
Today's topic was about transparency and concepts about greenwashing. I raised concerns about my own production of the reusable cloth pads and how much mindfulness was involved in the process. However, my presentation was even commended by my fellow attendees and the panel of speakers, which included Ping Manongdo of Eco-Business , who discussed in detail on how to communicate transparency.
So in light of these new insights, I am now even more confident to soon resume a more mindful and responsible production of reusable masks and cloth pads again.
