-Building Plans includes: Architectural, Interior, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical Design, CAD Plotted by our Auto-CAD Certified Plotter
-Hands-on regular coordination with owner to ensure project's outcome exceeds the owner's needs
-regular submission of accomplishment report for owner's assurance on timely-execution of project (thru Excel and MS Project Reports)
• Renovation, restoration, interior finishing works
• Structural, concrete and metal works ( grills, gates, railings)
• Woodworks- cabinets and closets
• Painting, wall paper and carpet installation
• Roofing works
• Water proofing and sealing
• Kitchen, countertops and cabinets

Roughly Estimated Design & Build Rates: (Subject to Negotiation with Customer)
Low/ Affordabe - P7,000 -14,000 per sqm
Standard - P15,000-P17,000 per sqm
Premium - P18,000-P19,000 per sqm
Elegant - P20,000-P22,000 per sqm
