📢 OFFICIAL CLASS SUSPENSION ANNOUNCEMENT

In view of the recent earthquake and the possibility of aftershocks, the Local Government Unit of Talacogon hereby suspends classes at all levels today, June 8, 2026, to ensure the safety of all learners, teachers, and school personnel.

The public is advised to remain calm, vigilant, and take necessary precautionary measures. School authorities are also advised to refrain from using high-rise or multi-story school buildings until safety inspections and assessments are completed.

The MDRRMO and RDANA Team are continuously conducting monitoring and assessments to ensure public safety.

Stay alert for possible aftershocks and follow only official advisories.
