Sa primary, hinihingal ako palagi. Time runs sooo fast! Kakastart palang ng lesson, ubos na agad ang oras. 😵‍💫😵

Sa secondary, napapagod ako sa kakaikot sa classroom pero inaantok din minsan lalo na pag exam time. 🥱😅

Pero ngayon, magpupuyat ulit sa pag marking. 😁😁😁

There are definitely challenges in teaching, especially when you are new — just like in my case. But there are also many things I am truly thankful for:

1. We do collaborative planning, so teachers support one another instead of working alone.

2. Our Maths department shares the workload well. Everyone stays on the same page, and much of the planning is already prepared. Since I’m new, I mostly go with the flow for now, but I know I’ll also have the chance to contribute more in the future.

3. The staff are generally kind, welcoming, and very supportive, especially to new staff members. Basta wag mo lng personalin kung mapagsabihan ka. Syempre, bago ka lng. Need mo pa ng maraming guidance
