The Faculty & Staff Men’s Basketball showdown between DSSC Team B and University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) during the 7th Founding Anniversary of Davao del Sur State College delivered a finish straight out of a highlight reel! With just 1 second left in the 4th quarter, a crucial foul by USeP sent DSSC Team B to the free throw line in the most pressure-filled moment of the game.

With nerves of steel and ice in his veins, the shot went up, and swished clean through the net! The buzzer sounded, sealing a dramatic 77–76 victory for DSSC Team B. From intense fastbreak exchanges to clutch defensive stands, this was a battle of heart, grit, and composure. A true reminder that sometimes, the game is decided at the line, and champions rise in the final second.

The court was electric at the 7th Founding Anniversary Volleyball Invitational Match of Davao del Sur State College last February 20, 2026 at the DSSC Gym!

In a nerve-wracking 5-set thriller, DSSC Men’s Volleyball squad dug deep, rallied hard, and sealed a 3–2 victory against the powerhouse team of Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST)!

From explosive spikes, monster blocks, clutch serves, and heart-stopping rallies, every set was a battle of grit, strategy, and resilience. The final set was pure intensity, a test of composure under pressure, and our warriors delivered when it mattered most!

More than the scoreboard, this match celebrated camaraderie, sportsmanship, and strengthened partnership between institutions. Competition may be fierce inside the court, but friendship and respect win beyond it.

Congratulations, DSSC! Champions in performance, champions in unity!
