✅ At least 85% average in Grade 10 Science, Math & English
✅ Submit the following:
• Photocopy of SF9 (JHS Card)
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Accomplished Application Form

📝 Qualifying Exam & Interview: June 2, 2025

📆 Application Period: May 19 – May 30, 2025
