Today marks a major milestone as we kick off our Community Validation and Capacity Building Conference here in Guiuan, Eastern Samar!

We are bringing together local leaders, community members, and experts to ensure that our coastal conservation strategies are not just science-based, but community-driven.

This is where local knowledge meets global action to build a more resilient future for our seas and our people.

We are proud to hold this activity in a powerful partnership between the Guiuan Development Foundation, Inc. and the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC).

Together, we are bridging the gap between climate policy and ground-level implementation, ensuring that our coastal communities are equipped with the tools and the voice they need to thrive.
