In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 116 from the Office of the President, please be advised of the following schedule:
Wednesday, April 1 (Holy Wednesday): Office operations and services are until 12:00 NN only to allow our employees ample time to travel and observe the Lenten season.
April 2 to April 5: Office Closed (Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday).
Resumption of Work: Regular office hours will resume on Monday, April 6, 2026.

LBRDC Visits PCG Headquarters to Advance Strategic Infrastructure Project
MANILA, Philippines - On 19 March 2026, the LBP Resources and Development Corporation (LBRDC) visited the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Headquarters to engage with officials behind the Memorandum of Agreement signed and notarized on 22 December 2025 for the design and construction of the Coast Guard Weapon System (CGWS) Facility and Ammunition Dump.
The project marks a significant step in strengthening the operational capabilities of the Philippine Coast Guard.
The meeting was attended by key Coast Guard leaders, including ADM Ronnie Gil Gavan, VADM Hostillo Arturo E. Cornelio, VADM Arnaldo M. Lim, VADM Edgar L. Ybañez, RADM Glide Gene Mary S. Sontillanosa, and COMMO Dorothy D. Manglicmot, highlighting the importance of the partnership.
LBRDC was represented by Chairman LT GEN Antonio Ramon A. Lim, President & CEO COL Ricardo C. Juliano, together with Atty. Kimberly Clark M. Balingit and members of the Construction Management Team, composed of Engr. Jobert Barce, Engr. Sandra Marie Cruz, Engr. Jeff Bernard Ayalin, and Arch. Edward Bulario.
Implemented through an Agency-to-Agency procurement arrangement under Republic Act No. 12009, the initiative reflects a shared commitment to transparency, efficiency, and accountable public service.
As the country’s frontline maritime force, the PCG’s mission underscores the need for reliable infrastructure - positioning LBRDC not just as a contractor, but as a committed government partner in nation-building.
