Understanding begins with an open heart. While awareness helps us recognize autism, it is acceptance that truly opens doors. It means creating a society where different ways of thinking are valued, where workplaces and schools are designed for everyone, and where we listen to neurodivergent voices to learn how to be better neighbors and friends.

𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗻𝗲𝘀 - 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮

On March 7, 2026, 𝗔𝗸𝗯𝗮𝘆-𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 participated in the formal provincial launch of the 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗻𝗲𝘀 - 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 held at Angeles Estates, Muñoz City. This significant event brought together various youth organizations and the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀 to strengthen our collective commitment to better leadership in our region.🤝

The 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗻𝗲𝘀 movement is a youth-led initiative in Central Luzon dedicated to encouraging honest government and stopping corrupt practices. We believe that when the youth are actively involved in how our government is run, we can ensure that our leaders remain accountable to the people they serve.📢🗳️

𝗔𝗸𝗯𝗮𝘆-𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 is proud to stand with this provincial chapter as we work toward a government that operates with integrity and truly serves the entire community. The 𝗔𝗞𝗕𝗔𝗬 - 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 is pleased to report the successful conclusion of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱, held today, 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. This initiative was organized to provide the youth of General Tinio with essential education regarding HIV awareness. Our goal is to empower students with facts, helping to end the stigma and foster a more progressive and informed generation. By understanding the truth about HIV, we can replace judgment with compassion and take a significant step toward a healthier community.

To put these lessons into practice, the event also offered 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. We are incredibly proud of the students who stepped forward to take charge of their health and "know their status." This proactive choice is a brave act that helps ensure a safer future for everyone.

This milestone was achieved through the valuable support of our partners. We extend our formal gratitude to 𝗦𝗔𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗘 (𝗦𝘁. 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲) from the 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗡𝗘𝗠𝗖). We also wish to thank 𝗥𝗛𝗨 𝟭 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗼, led by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗿, Municipal Health Officer, and 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗢𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀, Municipal Health Nurse, for their vital support and coordination.

Huge credit belongs to the 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗟𝗦𝗚) for making this event a complete success. Under the leadership of 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮 and the guidance of 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗔𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮, the LSG served as the backbone of the entire program. From designing the invitations and managing the program flow to the physical setup of the gymnasium, their hard work and dedication ensured that every part of the event ran smoothly and professionally.

Finally, we thank all the students and participants who joined us today. The seminar has concluded, but our mission to stay informed and stop the stigma continues.

Yesterday, January 3, 2026, Sitio Bacao was painted with colors of hope as the 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 (𝗔𝗨𝗣𝗦) and 𝗔𝗸𝗯𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀 joined hands for a meaningful Outreach Program. Seeing the joy in the eyes of our Aeta brothers and sisters made every effort worth it. From the laughter during the games to the simple act of handing out food packs, clothes, and slippers—every moment was a testament to what unity can achieve.

A huge thank you to AUPS for this beautiful initiative and to all the student volunteers who poured their hearts into this. To our fellow Akbay Papayanos youth volunteers, thank you for standing with us. We left Sitio Bacao with full hearts, inspired by the gratitude of the community. Here’s to more collaborations that bring light to those who need it most! 🕊✨

This is to formally inform everyone that, due to a scheduling conflict, the Outreach Program of the 𝑨𝒓𝒂𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒐 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑷𝒔𝒚𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚 (𝑨𝑼𝑷𝑺) for the 𝑨𝒆𝒕𝒂 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒊𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒂𝒐, 𝑷𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚, originally set for 𝑫𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 𝟏𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, has been 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒅. The outreach program has been rescheduled and will now take place on 𝑱𝒂𝒏𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Isang matagumpay na 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝘂 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 ang naisagawa ngayong araw, December 18, 2025. Layunin ng programang ito na masiguro ang kalusugan at kaligtasan ng ating mga kababayan laban sa sakit.

Ang proyektong ito ay matagumpay na naisakatuparan sa pagtutulungan ng: 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘁 𝗘𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯, 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘁 𝗘𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯, 𝗩𝗮𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗼 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮 at 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗼.
