Spending time with God renews the heart.

They do, right?

“They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength.” — Isaiah 40:31

God never promised an easy path, but He promised His presence.

And His presence is enough.

“I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”

But His timing is always perfect.

God's Word strengthens us when our hearts feel weak.

Even one verse can bring peace to a troubled mind.

“Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.”

A few minutes with God can redirect an entire day.

One verse.
One prayer.
One moment of surrender.

God works through small moments.

My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.

It is spiritual growth.

God's Word does not always change our situation immediately.

But it always changes our perspective.

And sometimes that is exactly what we need.

“Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him. — Psalm 145:18

God listens to even the quietest pray.

For the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.
- 1 Samuel 16:7

God cares more about sincerity than perfection.

You do not need perfect words when you pray.

Just come to Him honestly. He already knows your heart.
