The vision for Chicks Ni Otit Restaurant had fully taken shape. The completed façade showcases a modern tropical architectural character, highlighted by clean geometric forms, expansive glass openings, stone-clad accent walls, and warm wood-finish elements that create a welcoming street presence while preserving the mature trees that naturally frame the property.

The interior of the Restaurant was designed to balance durability, functionality, and ambiance through the use of polished concrete flooring, stucco-finished walls by Paul Molina, and a custom PVC and Amakan ceiling system. The polished concrete floor provides a seamless, low-maintenance finish with subtle texture and long-term durability, while the stucco walls add depth and a handcrafted character to the space. Overhead, the coffered ceiling combines wood-grain PVC panels and woven Amakan accents, celebrating Filipino craftsmanship and reinforcing the restaurant’s tropical-modern identity. Large aluminum-framed glass windows and doors maximize natural light and ventilation, creating a bright, comfortable, and inviting dining environment for guests.

From structural construction to architectural finishing, every detail was carefully executed to transform the original concept into a distinctive dining destination. Chicks Ni Otit now stands as a testament to thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and the successful collaboration of the entire project team.

This Project has successfully progressed through its architectural finishing stage, showcasing the installation of the custom suspended ceiling framework, polished concrete flooring, and textured stucco wall finishes by Paul Molina. The Chicks ni Otit Dining - B. Showcasing the successful structural and enclosure phase of the proposed Chicks ni Otit Restaurant. During this stage, major accomplishments included the completion of reinforced concrete structural works, CHB wall installation, roof framing and roofing assembly, as well as initial plastering and space preparation for interior fit-out.

The open-span layout and high ceiling design already highlight the restaurant’s future warm and welcoming dining atmosphere, bringing the vision closer to reality through steady construction progress and quality workmanship.
