The Sangguniang Bayan of Goa, Camarines Sur is honored to be recognized as one of the Provincial Nominees for the 2025 Local Legislative Awards (LLA). This special distinction reflects our uncompromised commitment to effective, transparent, and accountable local governance, as well as our dedication to enacting responsive policies that advance the welfare of all Goaeños.

We share this honor with our partners in governance, the DILG Provincial Office, the Vice Mayor's League of the Philippines and to the community we serve for their continued trust and support. Together, we remain steadfast in upholding legislative excellence for the progress of the Municipality of Goa.

The award was received by Vice Mayor Marcel Michael P. Pan together with the Members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Goa and the representives from the SB Secretariat.
