What a joyful and memorable moment during our Youth Progress Retreat! We praise God for the 11 newly baptized students and mothers who boldly declared their faith in Jesus Christ through water baptism, officiated by Rev. Alan P. Bacus from FREELIFE Ilocos Region together with FREELIFE Bicol Team Leader Danna and teammate Christine.

Today marks not the end of a journey, but the beginning of a life continually surrendered to Christ. May they keep growing in faith, walking in obedience, and shining His light wherever God leads them.

MY IDENTITY IN CHRIST

As the evening came, the next session entitled “Lordship and Our Identity in Christ: Who Am I?” reminded us that our true identity is found in God alone. We are His children, members of Christ’s church, and citizens of Heaven. 🤍

And because the night felt too beautiful to end, everyone gathered around the bonfire for a heartfelt sharing. Participants shared how God used different people, situations, and seasons to bring them into this retreat and spoke about the moments they would never forget.

Kuya Alan, Ate Neng, Ate Christine, and Ate Danna shared touching words of gratitude and encouragement for all the participants. Ate Tin also gave everyone a handmade fuzzy wire flower as a symbol of her love before going home soon. 🌸

As Day 2 ended, we were reminded that this retreat is not just a gathering — it is a place where God heals hearts, restores identities, strengthens faith, and brings His children closer to Him.

Indeed, God is moving in every conversation, every prayer, every tear, and every joyful moment. May the fire He ignited in our hearts continue to burn even after the retreat ends. 🔥✨

𝐘𝐏𝐑 𝟑.𝟎 | 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠

JOY IN FELLOWSHIP AND UNITY!

After lunch and a short siesta, the atmosphere became full of excitement as participants prepared for the obstacle course.

The once tear-filled ground was now overflowing with laughter, cheers, dances, and fellowship. Every team showed eagerness, determination, and unity as they completed the different challenges: Military Crawl, Faith Walk, Fill & Rush Relay, Balance the Basin, and the Puzzle Memory Verse Quest. 🏃‍♂️🔥

More than the competition itself, the activities reminded everyone about teamwork, trust, encouragement, and perseverance.

After the long afternoon, participants spent time enjoying God’s creation — some swam in the pool, others in the ocean, while some played games and simply appreciated the beauty and peace surrounding the retreat place. 🌊☀️

𝐘𝐏𝐑 𝟑.𝟎 | 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬

HEALING BEGINS WITH GOD

Emotions filled the room during our Dance Floor encounter. Tears flowed as participants expressed the words they had long wanted to say to their classmates, close friends, parents, mentors, themselves, and most especially, to God. It became a moment of honesty, healing, and surrender. 🤍

The first session, “Healing with the Heart” by Ate Neng, reminded us that although we became separated from God, He never left us in our brokenness. Instead, He continues to restore us and offer us a new life through His love and grace.

This was followed by “Repentance: How to Forgive?” by Kuya A, where participants learned that forgiveness is not always easy, but it is possible when we allow God to work in our hearts. After the session, everyone wrote heartfelt letters — forgiving people they struggled to forgive and even learning to forgive themselves. Truly, healing started where grace was welcomed. ✨

From the passage of John 15, the girls devo were led by Faci Ma. Apple Padua and then Harold Curva for the boys!

Day 1 of Youth PROGRESS Retreat was a success! 🔥✨

We began the retreat by learning the deeper meaning of PROGRESS shared by Ms. Danna — a reminder that true growth is not only personal but also spiritual and purposeful.

We ended Day 1 with affirmations, encouragement, and genuine connections — reminding everyone that growth happens together. 💛

This Mother’s Day, our kids expressed their love through heartfelt letters made especially for their moms. Every word, drawing, and message carried gratitude, love, and appreciation for the mothers who care, guide, and pray for them every day. 💛

Prayer is essential in living as believers of Christ. For our lesson, Ate Christine shared 4 easy way to know how to pray through ACTS — Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving and Supplication 🙏

There is no such thing as a ‘wrong prayer’, but a prayer that comes from the heart is pleasing to the Lord! AMEN
