📝 Skill Test
Monday to Saturday
⏰ 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
📍 XICAR Office
211 C. Jaro Lopez Jaena St., Jaro, Iloilo City

Bring Photocopies Of:
• OR/CR
• Driver's License

For Second-Hand Vehicles:
• Certificate from Dealership, or
• Deed of Sale
