Alameda NHS Boosts Campus Security! 🚨

Alameda National High School has reinforced its commitment to safety through stronger collaboration with stakeholders, particularly the Philippine National Police (PNP), barangay officials, PTA officers, student leaders, and the broader school community.

To further secure the campus, ANHS has installed CCTV cameras, repaired its perimeter fence, and continues to conduct regular bag inspections. Learners and staff also undergo safety protocol discussions to strengthen preparedness in emergency situations.

Principal Dr. Ricky T. Salabe emphasized that the safety of the learners and personnel is the school’s top priority. These measures ensure a secure environment where education can thrive.

Provincial Population Officers Conduct Monitoring Visit at Alameda NHS

Alameda National High School (ANHS) welcomed Provincial Population Officer II Edgar Voltaire Garcia and Provincial Population Officer I Mary Ann Elamparo-Cambalo on their official monitoring visit, reaffirming the school’s commitment to provincial population and development initiatives.

During the monitoring activity, ANHS expressed its aspiration to establish a new Teen Center building. The previous Teen Center was demolished to make way for the construction of new classrooms, and the school community is hopeful that a replacement facility will soon rise to continue serving as a safe and supportive space for youth development programs.

In the meantime, equipment such as musical instruments, reading materials, board games, and other resources have been temporarily placed at the multipurpose hall, ensuring that learners still have access to recreational and developmental activities while awaiting the new facility.

The monitoring activity provided an avenue for dialogue between the officers and the school community, identifying areas of improvement and reinforcing the shared vision of empowering youth through education and population development programs.
