Architectural As-Found Services were conducted for a 24-storey office building located along Ayala Avenue, Makati City. The scope of work included comprehensive site measurements and field verification of the existing building conditions to accurately document the architectural layout and dimensions of the structure.

Based on the verified site data, detailed As-Found Architectural Plans were prepared, reflecting the actual built conditions of the building. The project also included the computation and verification of the Gross Floor Area (GFA) to support property documentation, building records, regulatory compliance, and future planning or renovation requirements.
