As a licensed real estate brokerage, our primary mandate is to uphold absolute transparency, protect buyer investments, and ensure strict compliance with Philippine housing laws.

We wish to reassure all our buyers of our position, due diligence standards, and official updates:

Winville Homes Realty operates strictly as an authorized marketing and brokerage firm. We are not legally positioned to discuss, interpret, or represent the internal corporate, administrative, or legal matters of third-party land developers. To provide you with precise and official information, the Project Developer has deployed a dedicated Service Desk and Legal Team at the Rosewood Place Clubhouse. They are the sole authorized personnel to address specific project- legal concern related inquiries.

We firmly stand by our commitment to ethical practice. Winville Homes Realty only markets and sells real estate properties that possess a clean title and have no lis pendens (pending legal litigation) annotated on the face of the title presented to us during vetting.

DUE DILIGENCE AND BUYER PROTECTION

Before any project is offered for marketing, Winville Homes Realty conducts its standard verification procedures to ensure that:

The property is covered by a valid Certificate of Title.
No Lis Pendens or pending litigation is annotated on the title presented during our verification.
The project possesses the necessary government approvals required for lawful marketing and sale.

Winville Homes Realty fully respects and complies with all regulations issued by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

Should the DHSUD issue any Cease and Desist Order (CDO) or any directive prohibiting the sale or marketing of a specific project or project phase, Winville Homes Realty will immediately suspend all marketing and selling activities involving the affected property until such directive is lifted or resolved.
