Job Description

• Responsible for Organized email marketing development, email content planning, assigning email content to designers, and design implementation to email build for client and company use.
• Understanding and analyzing target audience and market for effective email targeting.
• Responsible for communicating with the client and its account and maintaining a good working relationship and synergy with the client.
• Responsible for handling email tasks assigned to her team and ensuring the submission is timely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns. Ensuring the design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly. Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates.

Requirements
• Demonstrate the ability to create accessible, engaging, and memorable texts.
• Knowledgeable about Klaviyo and Air Table.
• Outstanding to remain updated with the latest forms of technologies, that will facilitate the dissemination and monitoring of campaign materials.
• Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
• Willing to report onsite 2 days a week (our office is located at CITTA ITALIA, BACOOR CAVITE)
• With excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work from 8pm to 5am (currently the schedule is 8am to 5pm but the clients will request possible changes)

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Job Descriptions:
· Responsible for visual composition, and marketing materials adaptation, with great knowledge in Photoshop, illustrator, and Figma.
· Manage design revisions.
· Cultivate a solid body of work.
· Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients’ needs.
· Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints.
· Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
· Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
· Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
· Amend final designs to client’s comments and gain full approval.
· Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives, etc.
· Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts.
· Design, develop and produce advertisement materials.

Job Requirements:
· Proficient in media technology ranging from graphic, video, and digital tools for online media.
· Self-motivated and team-oriented.
· Versatile and Adaptable.
· Attentive to details and current trends.
· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
· With 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
· Willing to report onsite 2 times a week. (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

Job Descriptions:
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with the agency's business objectives and client needs.
• Manage the creative production process, including assigning resources and ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to team members, including clients, account teams, and creative teams.
• Collaborate with creative teams, account teams, and other team members to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
• Implement creative production best practices and methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Manage project scope, identifying and resolving project risks and issues, and ensuring that changes to scope are properly documented and managed.
• Manage the agency's creative resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.


Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 or more years of project management experience.
• Service-oriented – ready to go the extra mile for their clients.
• Strong understanding of creative production processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage creative teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project risks and issues.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication abilities, and the ability to strategize to promote long-term revenue by retaining clients.
• Must have experience managing digital/interactive projects.
• Willing to report onsite 2 times a week. (2 days per week 3 days WFH)
