Plaque of Recognition is awarded to Holy Infant Community for its undying support and outstanding spiritual service to our brothers and sisters deprived of liberty during the 27th Annual Celebration of Regional Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
This recognition will not be realized without the efforts of our HIC brothers and sisters extending their prayers and service to the people inside the city jail years ago and up to this day.
We will continue to spread love and corporal works of mercy and become a good disciple of Christ..
Thank you Lord for this blessing and reward.
