📢 RICE SUBSIDY DISTRIBUTION ALERT

The Provincial Government of Isabela, under the committed leadership of Governor Hon. Rodito T. Albano III and Vice Governor Hon. Francis Faustino “Kiko” Dy, will once again extend its support to our beloved farmers through the Monthly Rice Subsidy Program for the month of SEPTEMBER 2025.

🔔 REQUIREMENTS FOR SMOOTH CLAIMING:

A. IF CLAIMED BY THE TO***CO FARMER:
✅ Photocopy of any government-issued valid ID (with three specimen signatures)
✅ NTA and/or ULPI ID

B. IF THE BENEFICIARY IS DECEASED:
📄 Death Certificate
📄 Proof of relationship (submit in this order):
• Spouse – Marriage Certificate
• Eldest Child – Birth Certificate
📄 Valid ID of the claimant
📄 Valid ID of the deceased (if available)

C. IF THROUGH AUTHORIZATION (discouraged but allowed):
✍️ Signed Authorization Letter from the beneficiary
🪪 Original ID of the person giving authority
🖨️ Photocopy of ID of the authorized person
🖊️ Signature on the letter must match the ID

✔️ Only those listed in the Consolidated Master List will be served.
✔️ Please refer to the posted list of beneficiaries for your guidance and confirmation.

‼️ ALL BENEFICIARIES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND PERSONALLY.
For those who fail to attend on the scheduled date and time, your rice subsidy will be returned to the Provincial Government of Isabela.
