Project: Regner 3 Storey Mixed Use Building

Location: Talisay City, Cebu

Preliminary Design Description:
The building has a modern three-storey design with a clean white façade and vertical wood accents. The ground floor uses large glass storefronts to create an open and inviting commercial space. The upper floors have simple windows and planter boxes with greenery that soften the overall look.

This represents a preliminary design concept and may still be subject to further development and refinement.

1. ARCHITECTURAL APPRENTICES

1.1 General Functions
- To assist in creating a design concept that meets the requirement of the client. Usually works on a project from start to finish and coordinates with other professions of trade.

1.2 Duties and Tasks
- Detailed working /construction drawings and specifications
- Site visit to check conformity

1.3 Job Qualifications
- Bachelor/College Degree in Architecture/Design Interior, Drafting or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Efficient, well-organized and hardworking
- Willing to work overtime
- Can work under pressure
- Full-time position/s available
- Willing to be assigned in Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
- Willing to spend two (2) years of Apprenticeship in the firm or is willing to stay longer than the Apprentcieship duration.

1.4 Preferred Skills
- Must know how to read drawings
- Preferably have skills in Sketchup, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop (optional skill), and Auto CAD
