Focus is not a feeling. It's a decision na ginagawa mo every single morning kahit hindi ka pa ready. Kahit may distraction.
Remember that the goal does not move. Ikaw lang ang nagmomove away from it.
And that's the truth na ayaw marinig ng marami kasi mas madali kung isisi mo na lang sa situation mo. Sa timing. Sa ibang tao. Pero the moment you stop making excuses and lock in... that's when everything starts to shift.
Focus is closely tied with faith. Hindi mo palagi nakikita kung saan ang dulo. Pero patuloy ka pa rin kasi alam mo kung bakit ka nagsimula. Alam mo kung ano ang pinili mo.
The noise will always be there. Tanungin mo lang ang sarili mo. "Bakit nga ba ako nagsimula?" Pag naalala mo yan, walang distraction or setback ang makakapigil sa iyo.
