Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms is expected over Central Visayas and the rest of Mindanao. Cloudy skies with light rains will be experienced over the regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Bicol Region, Western Visayas and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.
