In preparation for a smooth and well-organized baccalaureate services and recognition ceremony, kindly refer to the seating arrangements provided to help you locate your assigned seat with ease and avoid any confusion during the event.

Please review the attached map to identify your designated seating area. We strongly encourage you to arrive early to allow sufficient time to settle in before the ceremony begins.

The College of Engineering – Graduating Batch Committee is humbly launching a donation drive for our fellow graduating student and our batch secretary, Josep Anthony S. Palad, who was recently confined in the hospital and diagnosed with severe diarrhea, amoebiasis, mild levoscoliosis, splenomegaly, and segmented ileus.

His current medical condition has caused not only immense discomfort but has also brought a heavy financial toll on his family.

We are humbling appealing to everyone’s kindness and generosity to help ease his burden during this critical time. Any amount, big or small, will be a tremendous help in covering his medical expenses.

On June 25, 2025, the College of Engineering 4th year and graduating students attended the Exit Conference organized by the Guidance, Counseling, and Testing Center. The event served as both a meaningful send-off and a transition from academic life to the professional world.

The program began with Welcoming Remarks from Asst. Prof. Aurelio Teodoro D. Maguyon III, Dean of OSAS, followed by an inspirational message from Dr. Maria Corazon B. Abejo, Dean of the College of Engineering. Both leaders encouraged students to reflect on their journey and step into the future with confidence.

The main conference was facilitated by Ms. Fides Joyce O. Llegado, RGC, the college’s Guidance Counselor. Through thoughtful discussions, students were equipped with valuable insights and emotional support as they prepare for life beyond college.

Ms. Francess Margarette G. Retuerma, President of the Graduating Class of 2025, shared a heartfelt message of gratitude and encouragement. A special highlight of the program was an empowering message from Senator Bam Aquino, who inspired students to pursue their goals with passion and purpose.

The event also featured a touching video presentation from each engineering department, showcasing friendships and memories. Handwritten letters from students to professors, faculty, and friends added a deeply personal and emotional note to the program.

The Exit Conference concluded in a spirit of celebration and hope—marking not just the end of a chapter, but the beginning of new opportunities for the College of Engineering’s Class of 2025.

The committee are engaging in thorough discussion to select the best supplier which has initially started their Pre-deliberation. The CEn GBC are now conducting its final deliberation.
