𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 :
1. Open to all bona fide residents of Brgy. Dalahican (for at least 6 months)
2. Bands must have 6 to 7 members
3. Only one member from outside Dalahican is allowed
4. Participants must be 15 to 30 years old

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 :
3 songs per band:
• 2 songs of your choice
• 1 Tagalog 80s disco song (required)
15 minutes per band, including sound check (time will start once any of the instruments play)
