Beneath the clear waters of Sogod Bay, divers encountered vibrant coral gardens, sea turtles gliding freely, and schools of colorful fish weaving through the currents—moments that left participants of the three-day Sogod Bay Underwater Experience both inspired and hopeful for the future of marine tourism in Eastern Visayas.

For many diving enthusiasts, the event was more than just an underwater adventure. It was also a reminder of the need to protect the fragile ecosystems that continue to draw local and foreign visitors to Southern Leyte.
